       VEHICLE DIAGNOSTICS

 

Having the latest diagnostic platforms gives us complete integration and communication with all vehicle ECUs. For BMWs we use dealer level software to diagnose and clear fault codes, program / code modules and features to the cars i-drive. Autologic is what we use on all the Land Rover range, and Vagcom for Audi and VW, and now the latest addition to our armoury the 2022 Platforms Diagnostics. We also use Launch, Snap on and a range of other code reading and fault finding equipment, which covers the complete range of manufactures and makes.

       SERVICING
 

Todays high performance petrol and diesel engines require a bit more than just routine maintenance. So when we carry out scheduled servicing, not only do we take into consideration the service required, but we look at the type of miles the vehicle is doing and will recomend other treatments which enhance the engines performance, save fuel and prolong engine life.

 

When servicing any vehicle, we use only the best parts and oils available, we will ensure records of work done are kept, and service books are filled out accordingly. 

       DRIVE, STOP & STEER
 

Getting the best out of any vehicle requires it to be in top condition. Here at EGS we pay particular attention to suspension, brake, tyres and steering components when any vehicle is booked in for repair. If we find during the course of an MOT test or routine inspection, where a component has failed, or should be advised, we will contact our customer and alert them to the issue. 

 

Our aim is to keep you safe on the road and ensure you are happy with the level of service we offer, after all we want you to return to EGS  again, and hopefully recommend us to others.
